Yes, adoption is completely free of charge! There are no fees and hidden charges.#THEGOODCATS is supported completely by volunteers who work to maintain the shelter from their own pockets. It is our mission to keep our operations completely non-profit.All resources that come into the shelter are used solely for the care, treatment, and wellbeing of our rescued cats. They are the beneficiaries of everything we do.

🐈Are the cats dewormed and spayed/neutered?

Yes. All of our rescue cats are regularly dewormed.Adult cats are already spayed/neutered, while kittens adopted at a young age are turned over to their adopters to be fixed when they are old enough.

🎁What happens to donations?

All donations—whether financial or in kind—go directly to the cats. For monetary donations, 100% is used for the shelter cats’ needs, such as food, veterinary care, medication, litter, and other essentials. The shelter is fully volunteer-run, and no funds are used to pay individuals or cover personal expenses. Any non-monetary donations (such as food, blankets, bowls, or supplies) are likewise used solely for the care and comfort of the cats. We personally shoulder the operational costs and do not take anything from donations; every contribution is converted directly into care for the cats.
